Owned and managed by Rickus Gouws, Timeshare Resales South Africa is an independent brokerage, specialising in resale and rentals of timeshare ownership products. Rickus started out in the industry in 1996 and over the next 20 years, being involved in sales and management, experienced the evolvement of the timeshare industry, also known as shared vacation ownership.
There are timeshare owners in South Africa that, for different reasons, can’t use their ownership anymore, but at the same time, there are other people that are looking for exactly that specific timeshare ownership but they don’t know where to find it, mainly because most of the developers and resorts do not sell new timeshare anymore. With this in mind, after acquiring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, Rickus started Timeshare Resales South Africa, focusing only on the pre-owned vacation ownership market.
Timeshare Resales South Africa is a member of VOASA, a regulating body laying down a stringent code of conduct to which we strictly adhere. With Timeshare Transfer Services, mostly responsible for handling our transfers and administration, clients have the peace of mind that all aspects of the purchase and conveyancing process are closely monitored and supervised. We also have a vacation accommodation rental division called Holiday Accommodation SA, providing existing timeshare owners with the service of renting out their owned weeks.
